Is there a fee for delivery?

Fun Time rentals will deliver our bounce houses to your residence or business FREE of charge within Hunterdon and Somerset County.  If your location is outside of this area, we will charge a flat fee of 25.00 for delivery

How long in advance should I book a bounce house for my party?

We encourage you to book the bounce house of your choice as soon as possible to ensure that you receive the bounce house that fits the needs of your party.  We have several bounce houses available, but in the summer months, the availability might be limited based on the needs of all of our clients.  Bounce Houses are reserved on a first come first serve basis.

What is required to secure a bounce house for my party date?

If the total rental cost is less than $500, we require a $75 deposit to secure the bounce house for your particular date and time slot.  If the rental cost is more than $500, we require a 50% deposit to secure your date and time slot.

How long will I have the bounce houses available for my party?

Our standard rental period is a 6 hour rental, with delivery an hour beforehand.  We will pick up the bounce house, within 1 hour of completion of your 6-hour rental window.

If your needs are less or more ,we offer a 1 hour, 2 hour rate as well as an all day bounce house pass.  If you would like to keep the inflatable overnight, the rate of an additional day is 50% of the rental amount.  Please contact us to review pricing.

What are your payment options?

Fun Time Rentals accepts Visa and MasterCard as well as cash and checks.  All credit cards are processed through PayPal.

A major credit card must be on file and the balance of the rental fee is due prior to set-up of the bounce house.

What is your cancellation policy?

Fun Time Rentals reserves the right to cancel any event due to inclement weather.  Our bounce houses CANNOT operate if winds exceed 15 MPH. If Fun Time Rentals decides that it is unsafe to set-up the bounce houses on the day of your party, a complete refund will be issued, or your deposit can be used towards a future date.

If for some reason, other than weather conditions, you would like to cancel a week’s notice is required to receive a full refund of your deposit.

What type of insurance does Fun Time Rentals have?

Fun Time Rentals is completely certified from the State of New Jersey’s Department of Community Affairs.  Our bounce houses are inspected each year.

We have completed the Safe Inflatable’s Operator Training Certification.  This training ensures that our operators perform to the highest level safety standards.  More information can be obtained at http://www.sioto.org/index.htm.

Fun Time Rentals has insurance on each bounce house as required by the State of NJ.  A copy of our insurance is available at any time, upon request.

Is an attendee required to monitor bounce house jumpers?

Yes. This person (operator) will be responsible at all times for the safe operation of the ride and supervision of the participants.

PERSONAL ADULT SUPERVISION IS ABSOLUTELY REQUIRED AT ALL TIMES   IT IS THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THAT PERSON TO INSTRUCT ALL OCCUPANTS OF THE RIDE AND PARENTS, OF THE RULES.  AT NO TIME SHALL THE EQUIPMENT BE LEFT UNATTENDED.

Our owners will work with you to learn all the required safety and troubleshooting instructions.  Both of our owners are available via cell phone in the event of questions after our representative has left your location.

If you would like to have us provide you with an attendee, we can accommodate that request for an additional charge.

All commercialized events require an attendee that will be provided from Fun Time Rentals.  This cost would be in addition to the rental price.

What requirements are there for the location of the bounce house?

The bounce houses must be within 100 feet of an electrical GFI outlet.  We will provide you with a high grade extension cord to accommodate this length.  We also provide generators for an additional fee of $75. 

We encourage the bounce house to be set-up on a grass surface, if possible.

Can your bounce houses be setup in a park or indoors?

Yes, if you would like to have our bounce houses setup at a park or commercial venue, please let us know ahead of time.  Depending on the township, permits would be required for you to obtain.  It is the responsibility of the renter to review zoning and permits as per the townships requirements.

Also, all of the bounce houses can be setup indoors as long as there is adequate space available.
